Welcome to Harvest Moon Deli, voted Bangor Metro's "Best Sandwich Shop in Greater Bangor" every year since opening in 2007.

We earn our excellent reputation every day by only using the best and freshest ingredients for all of our food. Our sandwiches and paninis, which are made and cooked to order, feature premium deli meats that are sliced daily, fresh vegetables, homemade condiments, and locally baked bread. We also offer hand crafted soups and freshly-prepared salads and side dishes. Our food is served in a clean, casual, friendly environment.

Who's behind the sandwich.



Founding Co-Owner

Keith has over 30 years of food service experience. He has worked in almost every type of restaurant environment, from fast food to fine dining. He has worked a variety of positions, including busser and head chef. He has a bachelor's degree in Business with a concentration in Human Resource Management and an Associates Degree in Culinary Arts from Johnson and Wales University. Keith currently lives in Orono, Maine with his son.

A lifelong food enthusiast, Zack has spent the entirety of his working years in the restaurant industry. He has held every position available from dishwasher to owner and worked in a variety of concepts to include Mexican, Italian, Seafood, Continental & Upscale American fare. He has thoroughly enjoyed bringing all the flavors from both his past cooking experiences, and travel, to Harvest Moon Deli’s guests. Zack is excited to continue to grow Harvest Moon Deli and offer new markets the finest sandwiches, soups and salads available! Zack resides in Orono, ME with his wife Erica and son Roman.
